The Opportunity: General Manager

Location: Jacksonville, Florida

Reports to: Executive Leadership

Compensation: $180,000 base + bonus

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee a local business unit with approximately 30 employees across multiple facilities. This individual will lead key functional teams, improve processes, and drive accountability, profitability, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall business performance.
• Lead and develop commercial, operations, and technical teams.
• Establish KPIs and improve performance tracking.
• Implement consistent processes, systems, and operating standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer growth.
• Support long-term operational planning and facility consolidation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience leading multi-functional teams, managing business performance, and driving operational improvements. Strong financial acumen, emotional intelligence, and change-management skills are essential. A technical background and military leadership experience are preferred.
