The Operating Partner will work closely with business leaders to support performance, growth, and organizational development.

This leader will serve as a trusted partner to management teams, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on operational support.

• Partner with leadership teams to improve business performance
• Support operational and organizational improvement initiatives
• Coach and develop senior leaders
• Strengthen accountability, processes, and execution
• Support business transitions and integration efforts
• Identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement
• Build strong relationships across the organization
• Help establish scalable operating practices
• Support broader strategic and operational priorities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an experienced business leader with a strong track record of P&L ownership, team leadership, and operational execution.

Strong candidates will bring sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with experienced leaders while navigating growth and change.

Work Environment & Travel

This role will support multiple businesses and locations and will require periodic travel.

Compensation

Base salary of $260K-$300K, plus performance-based incentives and long-term equity opportunity.
