Position Overview
The company is seeking a General Manager to lead a developing business unit.
This role will combine operational leadership, team development, process improvement, and business performance ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee business unit performance
- Build practical operating processes and reporting rhythms
- Support day-to-day execution across teams
- Improve productivity, accountability, and service delivery
- Develop and support growth initiatives
- Lead and develop managers and frontline employees
- Partner with senior leadership on key priorities
- Support future expansion efforts
- Contribute to a repeatable operating playbook
Qualifications
- Hands-on, ownership-oriented leader
- Prior P&L or business unit leadership experience preferred
- Experience leading teams in operationally focused environments
- Strong accountability, communication, and execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving growth environment
- Ability to build trust while improving performance
- Commercial awareness and process discipline valued
- Military leadership experience valued but not required
Work Environment & Travel
On-site leadership role in a hands-on operating environment.
Some travel may be required as the organization grows.
Compensation
Base Salary: $150K-$200K
Bonus opportunity available
