Position Overview

The company is seeking a General Manager to lead a developing business unit.

This role will combine operational leadership, team development, process improvement, and business performance ownership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee business unit performance
  • Build practical operating processes and reporting rhythms
  • Support day-to-day execution across teams
  • Improve productivity, accountability, and service delivery
  • Develop and support growth initiatives
  • Lead and develop managers and frontline employees
  • Partner with senior leadership on key priorities
  • Support future expansion efforts
  • Contribute to a repeatable operating playbook


Qualifications

  • Hands-on, ownership-oriented leader
  • Prior P&L or business unit leadership experience preferred
  • Experience leading teams in operationally focused environments
  • Strong accountability, communication, and execution skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving growth environment
  • Ability to build trust while improving performance
  • Commercial awareness and process discipline valued
  • Military leadership experience valued but not required


Work Environment & Travel

On-site leadership role in a hands-on operating environment.

Some travel may be required as the organization grows.


Compensation

Base Salary: $150K-$200K

Bonus opportunity available
