Position Overview

Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR programs and employee experience
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Lead employee relations and performance management
• Administer payroll, benefits, and HR compliance
• Develop and standardize HR policies and processes

Qualifications

Experienced HR leader with strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills. Spanish fluency required.

Work Environment

On-site, five days per week

Compensation

Low 100K's Base + Bonus
