The Opportunity: General Manager

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: $300K base + 40% bonus + significant equity

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead the management team, and partner with the CEO to improve profitability, drive accountability, and maintain strong operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall business performance.
• Lead, develop, and hold the management team accountable.
• Improve financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Establish consistent processes, reporting, and operational standards.
• Address operational challenges and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with the CEO on business priorities and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience managing a sizable, complex business, preferably within commercial construction or a related industry. Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, team leadership, and a demonstrated ability to improve business performance are essential.
