Position: General Manager – Field-Based Services Business

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Compensation: Low-to-Mid $100K's Base + Bonus

About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a General Manager to lead a ~$10M+ field-based services business within a fast-growing, private equity-backed platform.

This is not a turnaround—the business is stable and scaling. The focus is on driving efficiency, improving operations, and delivering disciplined growth.

You will own the P&L, lead a team of 50+ employees, and partner closely with senior leadership to build a more efficient, high-performing operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full P&L and day-to-day operations
• Drive cost control, efficiency, and margin improvement
• Improve service quality and customer retention
• Use data to inform decisions and optimize performance
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams
• Enable technician-driven upsell and revenue growth
• Partner cross-functionally across operations and support teams

What We’re Looking For:

• P&L ownership experience ($5M+ preferred)
• Leadership of 40+ employees in operational environments
• Strong analytical mindset (Excel/data-driven decision making)
• Proven operator who improves systems and performance
• Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Military Leadership

Preferred: Field services, logistics background
