The Opportunity: Head of Analysis

Location: New York City

Reports to: CEO / Founder

An early, high-impact role for someone who can build and scale intelligence capabilities in a fast-moving environment. This person will create workflows, tools, and processes to identify individuals across fragmented digital identities, expand network analysis capabilities, and deliver clear, actionable intelligence outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale intelligence workflows and processes
• Develop methods for identity resolution across digital sources
• Expand investigative and network analysis capabilities
• Translate findings into actionable client-facing deliverables
• Partner with technical teams to operationalize outputs
• Evaluate tools, platforms, and external data sources

Ideal Background

• Experience in intelligence, investigations, fraud, or related fields
• Strong independent judgment and execution
• Comfortable in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
• Analytical, practical, and low-ego approach

Work Environment

• Fully in-person role based in Manhattan
• High-accountability, collaborative setting

Compensation

• Base salary: $120K–$190K + Equity
