Enterprise Business Development Representative

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise business development efforts across industries such as healthcare, higher education, data centers, and other critical infrastructure sectors
  • Build relationships with security leaders, risk professionals, facilities leaders, and executive stakeholders within large organizations
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for physical security services, executive protection, and integrated security solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, relationship development, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Develop strategic enterprise account plans and long term client partnerships
  • Collaborate with leadership to help shape go to market strategy and revenue growth initiatives


What we are looking for

  • Proven enterprise sales or business development experience selling services or solutions into large organizations
  • Experience within private security services, executive protection, security consulting, or security technology environments is strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage senior leadership within enterprise organizations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a high growth environment
