What you will do
- Lead enterprise business development efforts across industries such as healthcare, higher education, data centers, and other critical infrastructure sectors
- Build relationships with security leaders, risk professionals, facilities leaders, and executive stakeholders within large organizations
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for physical security services, executive protection, and integrated security solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, relationship development, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Develop strategic enterprise account plans and long term client partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership to help shape go to market strategy and revenue growth initiatives
What we are looking for
- Proven enterprise sales or business development experience selling services or solutions into large organizations
- Experience within private security services, executive protection, security consulting, or security technology environments is strongly preferred
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage senior leadership within enterprise organizations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a high growth environment
