Position Overview

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and purchasing improvements. This role will work closely with internal teams to improve vendor relationships, consolidate spend, and create stronger procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and vendor management efforts.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing.
• Consolidate spend and improve purchasing leverage.
• Build stronger procurement processes and reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to improve buying discipline.
• Identify cost savings and risk reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a self-driven procurement professional with strong negotiation, supplier management, and process improvement experience. Strong candidates will be comfortable working hands-on in a growing, operationally focused environment.

Work Environment & Travel

Ohio-based role with hybrid flexibility and periodic travel.

Compensation

Base salary: $130K-$140K + bonus
